In this workshop we will explore free movement. Starting absurdly slow, with patience, to let the body speak instead of giving it instructions, then adding dynamism. We will have aerial props to add one more dimension: hanging, spinning, swinging.

About the event
Second block of a series of 5 workshops where we work with different expression methods - voice, dance, aerial acrobatics, painting - to discover new ways of creation.
Each workshop of these series is designed to stand alone and can be visited independently. The attendance to more workshops provides a deeper, more cohesive experience, as each session builds on different skills and concepts that complement and enrich one another.
