About the event
Step into a world of movement, connection, and creativity in this 2-hour workshop with Brenda and Cedric. Through partner acrobatics, we’ll explore the joy of flying, basing, and creating movement together. The session begins with a warm-up, individual and partner basics, and some engaging group exercises.
In the second part, we’ll dive into pairing up and developing fun sequences, tailored to your level. Beginners will discover the magic of what their bodies can achieve, while intermediate participants will refine their skills and unleash new ideas for combining patterns.
No matter your background or experience, you’ll be guided step by step in a safe and supportive environment where playfulness and fun take center stage. We can’t wait to move, laugh, and create with you!
